Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has announced that the One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pass 3 is now available for pre-order, bringing new characters, never-before-seen moves, and extra customization options for fans of the franchise.

The content includes the highly anticipated DLCs #7 and #8, featuring six playable characters, including Rob Lucci CP-0, who will debut in 2025. Additionally, the pack guarantees exclusive bonuses such as special techniques and extra costumes.
New characters arrive with DLC 7
DLC #7, scheduled for release in the fall of 2025 in the Northern Hemisphere, will add three new characters, including Rob Lucci CP-0. Known as the Weapon of Massacre, Lucci is an elite Cipher Pol agent and one of the most powerful fighters in the series.
After his reinstatement to CP-0, he resumes a central role in the World Government's covert operations. Additionally, the pass also offers Shanks' Special Technique, called Divine Break, as a bonus for players.
Special Selection Package arrives in 2026
DLC #8, titled Special Selection Pack, is scheduled for early 2026 and will include three more iconic characters. Eneru returns as the self-proclaimed "God" of Skypiea, wielder of the Goro Goro no Mi power, capable of controlling lightning.
King, a member of the Beast Pirates and survivor of the rare Lunarian race, will bring his ability to create fire to the battles. Z, a former Marine Admiral and leader of the Neo Marines, completes the trio with his strength and military experience.
In addition to the new fighters, Character Pass 3 offers brand-new move sets to take on large hordes, as well as exclusive costumes that customize the gameplay experience.
