Before the live-action One Piece made its debut, many fans believed that bringing characters like Buggy to real life was impossible. However, Netflix proved that it is capable, making an incredible adaptation of Palhaço Estrela in its series. So, the new video shows the character's interpreter, Jeff Ward, in the dressing room being put on makeup until he becomes Buggy himself.

Synopsis:

The story revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who gained a body made of rubber after eating the magical fruit Gomu Gomu no Mi (the Rubber Fruit). Since he was inspired by his childhood idol, the powerful pirate Shanks the Red, Luffy decided to become a pirate and sail on a journey across the sea to find the mythical treasure, the One Piece, and proclaim himself the Pirate King.

Eiichiro Oda began serializing One Piece in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1997. Since then, his manga has grown in surprising ways to become the huge phenomenon it is today. As its history grew, the work reached more than 1000 chapters and 100 volumes of manga published in 25 years. Even though it is such an extensive series, One Piece became the best-selling manga in history.
