Spoiler alert : The long-awaited live-action One Piece finally premiered this Thursday (the 31st), and its ending already brought a hook for a possible 2nd season. In the last episode of the 1st season, the series features a post-credits scene with an iconic character, Smoker .

In this post-credits scene, the series presents the first glimpse of Smoker, smoking his cigar. He then uses his cigar to burn Monkey D. Luffy . Thus, the Marine makes it clear that he will now also take action to hunt down the Straw Hat Pirates.

Finally, the series' main cast includes Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu Arata as Zoro, Jacob Gibson as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, and Emily Rudd as Nami. The manga's creator, Eiichiro Oda, also served as a supervisor alongside executive producers Steven Maeda and Matt Owens. The series is now available on Netflix .

Synopsis:

The story revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who gained a rubber body after eating the magical Gomu Gomu no Mi (the Rubber Fruit). Inspired by his childhood idol, the powerful pirate Red-Haired Shanks, Luffy decided to become a pirate and set sail across the sea to find the mythical treasure, the One Piece, and proclaim himself the Pirate King.
