One Piece special titled “One Piece: Adventure of Nevlandia” has its second promotional video that will air on December 19th.

The story is completely original and takes place on an island in the New World, where Demon Fruit users are prevented from using their powers.

Kônosuke Uda directs the special. The last special, "One Piece: Episode of Sabo," aired on August 22nd of this year, revealing the 13th film in the franchise , which will premiere in theaters in 2016.
