One Piece Stampede anime website posted a new poster with the look of the film. The poster was designed by series author Eiichiro Oda . The film premieres on August 9th, as a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the anime.

Fuji TV describes the film's synopsis:
“The biggest pirate exhibition in the world, by pirates, for pirates – the Pirates Festival. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat crew receive an invitation from their host, Buena Festa, who is known as the master of festivities. Upon arriving at the location, they find the place full of glamorous pavilions and several pirates, including those of the worst generation. The place is electric.”
