We previously reported that those who go to see the movie in theaters will receive a special manga with never-before-seen content. Now it has been announced that One Piece will also have a special anime episode airing on July 16th called “Heart of Gold”.
In the special, the Straw Hat Pirates will meet a mysterious young woman, and together they will set off in search of the legendary island of Arukemi . The antagonist of the special will be called Mad Treasure , and he will be voiced by Shun Oguri.
One Piece Film Gold movie will be released on July 23rd.
