Garou (ガロウ) is a martial arts genius in One Punch Man, known as the self-proclaimed "Hero Hunter," and one of the greatest threats to both the Hero Association and the Monster Association. A former disciple of Bang, Garou was expelled from the dojo after a fit of rage. Due to his obsession with monsters and his antagonistic nature, he is often nicknamed "Human Monster."

One Punch Man anime will take place in October 2025, animated by JCSTAFF (Shokugeki no Souma).

Synopsis of One Punch Man:

One Punch Man revolves around Saitama, an ordinary man who decides to train to become a superhero, so he sets out to save people from monsters and other threats that arise. He has become so strong that he always finishes his fights in a few seconds, throwing just one punch. However, due to his overwhelming strength, Saitama has become bored and is constantly trying to find stronger opponents who can fight him on equal terms.

Finally, the first season of the One Punch Man anime premiered in 2015, directed by Shingo Natsume Madhouse studio (Hunter x Hunter). Furthermore, the second season premiered in January 2019, containing 12 episodes.
