Finally Nekotofu published Onii-chan wa Oshimai! through pixiv and other places online. Nekotofu launched a serialization of the manga in Ichijinsha 's Comic Rex in April 2019. Ichijinsha will publish the manga's sixth compiled volume and its second anthology volume on the same day on April 27.
Furthermore, Kodansha Comics released the 5th volume of the manga in English on March 22.
