Square Enix revealed a new trailer for game during its E3 press conference on Monday. The video reveals the game's release date as August 22 in North America, Europe, and Japan on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The game's protagonist Kagachi moves between the Living World and the Realm of the dead known as the Afterlife to rescue lost souls. If not rescued, these souls will become monsters. In battle, Kagachi can manifest the unique powers of the souls he rescued in battle.
Tokyo RPG Factory previously developed the games I Am Setsuna and Lost Sphere.
