The opening of Oshi no Ko is the most memorable anime song for the Japanese today

The Japanese created a list of the most memorable anime songs by voting “ 10,000 People Choose! Finally Decided! Reiwa Vs. Heisei Vs. Showa Anime Song Ranking ”. Therefore, on the 7th (Saturday), the TV Asashi revealed the results of the vote, showing which are Japan's favorite anime openings. Furthermore, the vote was divided into 3 different eras in Japan: Showa , Heisei and Reiwa . In other words, each era refers to an emperor who ruled the country in a certain period.

Reiwa is the current era of Japan, which began in May 2019 under Emperor Naruhito. So the opening of Oshi no Ko , Idol , by YOASOBI , ranked 1st in that era. On the other hand, the opening of Evangelion , A Cruel Angel's Thesis , by Yoko Takahashi , ranked first in the Heisei era, ruled by Emperor Akihito.
