The manga is told from the perspective of the character Hiroto Suwa .
Author Ichigo Takano launched the Orange manga in Shueisha 's Bessatsu Margaret in 2012, and changed publication to Monthly Action magazine in 2013. The manga ended in August 2015, and Futabasha published the fifth and final volume of the manga. top story in November 2015.
