Oreimo will receive a spin-off manga focused on the character Kuroneko

The August issue of Kadokawa 's Shounen Ace revealed that artist Airi Mori will launch a spin-off manga Oreimo franchise , the manga in question will focus on the character Kuroneko and is scheduled to debut in the next issue of the magazine, which launches on July 26th.

The manga is based on the novel , which explore an alternate ending in which Kyousuke ends up with Kuroneko. These volumes are the 15th and 16th. It's worth noting that volumes 13 and 14 of the novel also had a similar concept, but focused on the character Ayase.

Artist Sakura Ikeda drew the manga adaptation of the original light novel, but also drew the manga Oreimo : Kuroneko (Ore no Kouhai ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai) which debuted in 2011. The manga also had a story focused on an alternate continuity centered on Kyousuke and Kuroneko.

Oreimo's light novel was published between 2008 and 2013. Furthermore, it is worth remembering that the work received an anime in 2010, and later received a second season in 2013.
