It was revealed through the 41st chapter of the OreSuki manga , that the work will end in the next chapter, the 42nd and final chapter will be released on August 23rd .
Plot
PlotOreSuki stars Amatsuyu Kirasagi, who is invited out alone by his classmate Cosmos and his childhood friend Himawari. Hoping to hear their confessions, he triumphantly meets each of them in turn. But Cosmos and Himawari confess to Amatsuyu that they like his best friend. Amatsuyu fights this solitary battle, but there's another girl eyeing him. She's a somber girl with glasses and pigtails. Amatsuyu discovers he hates her because she's always sharp-tongued and finds pleasure in his problems. But it turns out she's the only one who truly likes him.
Kadokawa began publishing the light novel the 14th volume on June 10.
The manga adapts the light novel series by Rakuda and Buriki , which launched in February 2017. Shueisha published the fifth volume on March 4.
An anime adaptation premiered in Japan in October of last year. The anime will later receive an OVA, which will serve as a conclusion. The OVA was originally scheduled to be released on May 23rd in 10 theaters in Japan, but the screenings were canceled due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
