The June issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine announced on Tuesday (9) that Shinobu Ohtaka's manga Orient will begin its "final battle" in the magazine's next issue on June 9.

Ohtaka then launched the manga in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in May 2018, the manga was transferred to Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in February 2021. Additionally, Kodansha published the manga's 18th volume on March 9.
The first cour (year-long quarter) of the manga's anime adaptation premiered in Japan in January 2022.
Synopsis
Musashi is a teenager living under the rule of demons. As children, he and his best friend made a promise: to become the most powerful warriors in the world and defeat the ruling demons. But the wheels of fate didn't turn in their favor, and five years later, Musashi is about to become a miner. Can Musashi be content with living a normal life?
