Synopsis of Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken
Satoru Mikami, 37, is a typical office worker perfectly content with his monotonous Tokyo lifestyle, having never even had a girlfriend. During a casual encounter with a colleague, he is attacked by a random mugger on the street and stabbed. However, as he succumbs to his injuries, a peculiar voice resonates in his mind, reciting a series of commands the dying man cannot understand. When Satoru regains consciousness, he discovers he has been reincarnated as a slime in an unknown realm. In doing so, he gains new abilities, primarily the power to devour anything and mimic its appearance and skills.
Finally, the work was adapted into an anime in 2018 by Studio 8bit , followed by a second season in 2021.
