As usual every year we have that list of nominations in various categories for the coveted Oscars. We couldn't let this year pass without mentioning the nominations for best animated feature film of the year, which have been submitted for the 2014 Oscars. A total of 19 animated films have been nominated; the nominees for the golden statuette will be revealed on January 16th.
Among them is the Brazilian film " Uma História de Amor e Fúria" (A Story of Love and Fury ). Of course, for Otaku fans, the anime stand out: Kaze Tachinu (The Wind Rises) by retired director Hayao Miyazaki , Momo e no Tegami (A Letter to Momo), and Gekijou-ban Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Shinpen: Hangyaku no Monogatari.
