Oshi no Ko's opening is the most memorable anime song of the present for Japanese people

The Japanese have created a list of the most memorable anime songs through the voting “ 10,000 People Choose! Finally Decided! Reiwa Vs. Heisei Vs. Showa Anime Song Ranking ”. Therefore, on the 7th (Saturday), the TV Asahi revealed the results of the voting, showing which are the favorite anime openings in Japan. Furthermore, the voting was divided into 3 different eras of Japan: Showa , Heisei, and Reiwa . That is, each era refers to an emperor who ruled the country during a specific period.

Reiwa is the current era of Japan, which began in May 2019 under Emperor Naruhito. Therefore, the opening theme of Oshi no Ko , Idol , by YOASOBI , ranked 1st in this era. On the other hand, the opening theme of Evangelion , A Cruel Angel's Thesis , by Yoko Takahashi , ranked first in the Heisei era, ruled by Emperor Akihito.
