Ai Hoshino is no longer present in the world of Oshi no Ko , but she still remains a very important character within the series. So, as she is the star of the first 90-minute episode, Ai became the highlight of the anime's new cover art.

Created by Kanna Hirayama , the character designer for Oshi no Ko, this art is the cover of the anime's first DVD volume. Just like the designer does in all her art, Hirayama designed Ai with a line very faithful to the manga along with a very detailed painting to enhance the idol's charm.
Synopsis:
The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old “Idol” named Ai Hoshino . But one fine day Hoshino appears at her office, however, saying that she is pregnant with twins, but her manager tells her to abort the babies. But Idol doesn't want to have an abortion, she wants to have both children. Then Gorou promises her a safe birth. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure would result in his untimely death, or so he thought. However, upon opening his eyes in his beloved idol's lap, Gorou discovers that he has been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino , the newborn son of Ai! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversy, where talent doesn't always bring success.
Anyway , Akasaka and Yokoyari started the manga in Shueisha 's Young Jump in 2020. Volume 12 of the manga was published on March 17, 2023 in Japan.
