We have a new trailer for the long-awaited anime Oshi no Ko ( My Star) from the same author of Kaguya-Sama: Love is War Akasaka Aka , which promises to be one of the highlights of this new season. According to the official website, the premiere will take place in April with the first extended episode.

The video reveals the opening theme song “Idol” performed by YOASOBI.
Directed by Daisuke Hiramaki , script by Jin Tanaka , and character design by Kanna Hirayama ( Kanojo, Okarishimasu ) .
Synopsis:
The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old “ Idol ” named Ai Hoshin . One fine day Hoshino appears at her office, however, saying that she is pregnant with twins, but her manager tells her to abort the babies. But Idol doesn't want to have an abortion, she wants to have both children.
Gorou promises her a safe birth. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure would result in his premature death or so he thought. Opening his eyes on his beloved idol's lap, Gorou discovers that she has been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, the newborn son of Ai! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversy, where talent doesn't always bring success.
Finally, Akasaka and Yokoyari started the manga in Shueisha 's Salto Jovem in 2020. The publisher published the sixth volume of the compiled book in November 2021.
