The highly anticipated anime Oshi no Ko ( My Star) has received news on its official website. According to the series' official Twitter account, it will premiere with a 1.5-hour long episode. The premiere is scheduled for sometime in 2023.

Synopsis:

The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old idol Ai Hoshin . One day, Hoshino shows up at his office, saying she's pregnant with twins, and her manager tells her to abort the babies. But the idol doesn't want to abort; she wants to have both children.

Gorou promises her a safe delivery. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure will result in his untimely death, or so he thought. Opening his eyes in his beloved idol's lap, Gorou discovers he's been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, 's newborn son ! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversy, where talent doesn't always bring success.
