And here’s some more hot news for you. Oshi no Ko anime premiered this week and is already one of the most bombastic premieres in recent times. After a few hours of release, the anime managed to reach the number one ranking in terms of ratings on MyAnimeList with more than 133,000 reviews to date, overtaking the FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood anime.

The anime adaptation is being handled by Doga Kobo studios, while Oshi no Ko is a “seinen” demographic story that chronicles what goes on behind the scenes in the art industry in Japan.
Synopsis:
The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old “ Idol ” named Ai Hoshin . But one fine day Hoshino appears at her office, however, saying that she is pregnant with twins, but her manager tells her to abort the babies. But Idol doesn't want to have an abortion, she wants to have both children. Gorou promises her a safe birth. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure would result in his premature death or so he thought. Opening his eyes in the lap of his beloved idol, Gorou discovers that he has been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, the newborn son of Ai! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversy, where talent doesn't always bring success.
Finally, Akasaka and Yokoyari started the manga in Shueisha 's Salto Jovem in 2020. The publisher published the sixth volume of the compiled book in November 2021.
