Check it out:

“There was a case where a cast member was attacked by a fan who saw a photo of the first news of a film's release. When this happened, the person seemed very tough, but after we became friends, they confessed that they were very emotionally hurt. When I found out about this, I realized that talented people hide their true colors because of their jobs and the fans who support them. With the spread of the internet, we live in a society where the voices of fans are heard directly. I want people to know how young talents are being hurt, exploited, and suffering. I think this work also questions how people should deal with and treat these talents. I think it's fair to say that when I wrote about reality, it naturally became darker.”

It's therefore clear that Akasaka did thorough research on the dark side of the idol world to develop the idea for his manga. Those interested can watch the full interview at this link .

Synopsis:

The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old idol Ai Hoshino . One day, Hoshino appears at his office, claiming to be pregnant with twins, and her manager tells her to abort the babies. But the idol doesn't want an abortion; she wants to have both children. Gorou promises her a safe delivery. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure will result in his premature death, or so he thought. However, upon opening his eyes in the arms of his beloved idol, Gorou discovers that he has been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, 's newborn son ! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversies, where talent doesn't always bring success.
