Spoiler alert: 🚨 Episode 6 of Oshi no Ko showed how social media hate can impact a person, and fans highly praised the anime for this initiative. While the character Akane struggled to withstand harsh criticism online, it seems the episode's dramatic scene moved all viewers in some way.

Akane is the new character in Oshi no Ko, who faced many difficulties in the anime's recent episode and, in the end, she considered committing suicide by jumping off a bridge. However, Aqua arrived in time to grab her hand and save her before the worst happened.

Thus, many fans were moved by Akane Kurokawa , as she was simply struggling to survive in her career, but online criticism did not forgive her minor incident.

  • This week's episode of Oshi No Ko adapted one of my favorite moments from the manga; Akane's suicide attempt was so moving, considering something similar happened to Hana Kimura, but unfortunately, she had no one to save her.
  • Oshi no ko probably had the most realistic depiction of suicide I've ever seen in media in its final episode. A very heavy topic, but it makes Akane more relatable. A very good decision by the production team to put it at the end of the episode as well.

Thus , Akasaka and Yokoyari began the manga in Shueisha 's Young Jump in 2020. Furthermore, volume 12 of the manga was published on March 17, 2023 in Japan.
