Oshi no Ko - Manga has 1.5 million copies in circulation

The manga Oshi no Ko by Aka Akasaka ( Kaguya-sama ) and Mengo Yokoyari already has 1.5 million copies in circulation. According to information , the numbers come from only 4 published volumes.

Synopsis:

The story follows a doctor and fan of a 16-year-old idol named Ai Hoshino . One day, Hoshino shows up at his office, saying she's pregnant with twins, and her manager tells her to abort the babies. But the idol doesn't want to abort; she wants to have both children. Afterward, the doctor is attacked and killed, reincarnated as one of the idol's children .

Finally the manga is released by publisher Shueisha.
