Oshi no ko - Manga reached 2 million copies in circulation

The manga  Oshi no Ko by Aka Akasaka ( Kaguya-sama ) and Mengo Yokoyari has reached 2 million copies in circulation . According to information , the work also took 1st place in the “ Tsugi ni kuru Manga Award 2021 ”.

Synopsis:

The story follows a doctor and fan of a 16-year-old idol named Ai Hoshino . One day, Hoshino shows up at his office, saying she's pregnant with twins, and her manager tells her to abort the babies. But the idol doesn't accept the decision and decides to have both children. After all this, the doctor is attacked and ends up being killed, being reincarnated as one of the idol's children .

Finally the manga is released by publisher Shueisha.
