The third season of the anime Oshi no Ko premieres on January 14, 2026, animated by studio Doga Kobo. Additionally, a new visual featuring the main characters has gained prominence on social media.
Production and previous seasons
Based on the manga by Aka Akasaka ( Kaguya-sama: Love is War ) with art by Mengo Yokari ( Scum's Wish ), the anime Oshi no Ko is produced by the studio Doga Kobo . The first two seasons were directed by Daisuke Hiramaki , with Ciao Nekotomi as assistant director, Kanna Hirayama handling character design, and Takuri Iga composing the soundtrack.
The first season aired in 2023 with 11 episodes , while the second, released in 2024, had 13 episodes . Both are available on Netflix , which describes the series as the journey of a small-town doctor who becomes involved in the ruthless world of entertainment after meeting a young idol with a secret.
Finally, this third season promises to further expand the drama and plot twists that have captivated fans since its premiere.
