For those who are not up to date with the whole context, in chapter 122 of the manga , the illustrator of Act-Age drew a fanart of Aqua and Ruby , which she shared saying “genius”. Therefore, chapter 123 of the manga came out where Ruby makes a statement to Aqua, leaving fans thinking. We will only be able to find out about this statement in the next chapter, which was delayed by two weeks in Japan.

Synopsis:
The story follows a doctor named Gorou , a fan of a 16-year-old “ Idol ” named Ai Hoshino .
