The voice actors from the series will be present at one of Japan's biggest pop culture festivals: Machi★Asobi Vol. 28, which takes place on May 10th and 11th, 2025 in Tokushima. After years of postponements due to the pandemic and logistical challenges, the event is back in full force — and promises to warm up the engines for the highly anticipated 3rd season of the anime.
The official Oshi no Ko no X account (formerly Twitter) confirmed the participation of voice actors Takeo Otsuka (Aqua) and Yurie Igoma (Ruby) in a special panel. Additionally, a live stream on YouTube titled “Oshi no Ko Story: Traveling Edition in Tokushima” has been announced and is scheduled for the 10th. The broadcast promises to be a relaxed chat, with behind-the-scenes details, trivia, and perhaps even hints of what's to come.
Although we don't yet have a trailer, the third season is confirmed for 2026 and promises to delve into new conflicts. While Ruby advances in her career in search of the truth about Ai and Goro, Kana begins to lose her shine, and Aqua and Akane gain even more prominence in the industry.
Even those who can't be in Tokushima can follow everything through social media and the official YouTube channel. After all, the producers know that the fandom is global.
