Anya Forger is a powerful telepath with abilities created in an experiment conducted by an unknown organization in the manga. She is a student at Cecile Hall in Eden Academy and the adopted daughter of Loid Forger and Yor Forger.
According to Loid's fabricated background in the story, Anya's biological mother passed away two years ago, and Loid has raised her as a single father ever since. Her mother's last wish was for her to attend a good school.

I don't know about you, but this is the most creative Anya cosplay I've seen so far, since the anime premiered.
