Overflow, in turn, is one of the most popular 18+ anime in history, with numerous ratings (within the genre) on the MyAnimeList website. However, since the anime aired in January 2020, there has been no news about a second season of Overflow. That said, a recent post by user “@LoKoKaBoosTeR69” has become quite popular on social media discussing the matter.

The user shared an illustration showing sisters Ayane and Kotone dressed as high school teachers, while Japanese text reads: “Students! Don’t forget the full version.” However, what caught my attention in this post was that the user added the tag:
The explosion of popularity in the second season was a masterpiece.
And, of course, many began to point out that it was fan art, especially manga readers, since the series is still ongoing in print and there are no scenes involving the two sisters
However, both those who say it's the second season and those who say it's fan art are mistaken. The image is official, but it's just additional content shared by the production team.
Therefore, the production shared an interview with the animator “Kazapi (かざぴー)”, which included this and another set of scenes that they did not produce, called “EX Cuts”.
I decided that there would be a theme for each episode and two characters, Ayane and Kotone, and that the composition and costumes of the characters would be entirely up to me. In traditional hand-drawn animation, the clothes and composition are decided during the setting and storyboarding stages, so it was different and difficult to leave everything in the hands of just one animator.
They suggested that the anime's broadcast on TV shouldn't be too extreme because of the sensual elements, which made it difficult to find the right balance. However, everything remained as drafts showing what could have happened to the sisters Ayane and Kotone .
Synopsis:
In the story, we follow Kazushi, a student who welcomes two childhood friends, sisters Ayane and Kotone, to his home. To reminisce about old times, they decide to bathe together, just like they did when they were children. What mysteries will be revealed within this love triangle?
