The saga of the skeleton Momonga from the anime Overlord can now be experienced firsthand, as the first season of 'Overlord' is available to watch on the Netflix . The animation is by Madhouse ( Frieren, Hunter x Hunter ).
The season premiered today, Monday, April 15th, with dubbing and subtitles in Portuguese. Therefore, fans can watch all 13 available episodes.
Synopsis of Overlord:
The story follows a video game player named Momonga, who finds himself trapped inside the MMORPG "Yggdrasil" after going offline. Inside the game, Momonga assumes the form of his avatar, the powerful overlord of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, and embarks on an epic adventure in a virtual world filled with dangers and fantastical creatures.
A light novel series written by Kugane Maruyama and illustrated by so-bin. Sixteen volumes have been published since July 30, 2012. Finally, a manga adaptation, illustrated by Hugin Miyama, began serialization in Kadokawa Shoten's seinen manga magazine Comp Ace on November 26, 2014.
