The official website for the racing anime Overtake! revealed a new trailer that introduces its premiere date. Therefore, the video reveals that the anime arrives on TVS in Japan on October 1st.

Therefore, the direction of Overtake! is by Ei Aoki (Fate/Zero, Aldnoah.Zero) at animation studio TROYCA. Script by Ayumi Sekine (IDOLiSH7 franchise, Technoroid Overmind) and character design by Takako Shimura (Wandering Son, Aldnoah.Zero).
Synopsis
In the anime's story, freelance photographer Kōya Madoka finds himself in a moment of stagnation due to a certain reason. He goes to Fuji International Speedway to work on a class and there he meets a high school F4 driver, Haruka Asahina. Suddenly, he feels his heart racing after a long time without feeling anything like this. With that, he begins to support Haruka and the young team “Komaki Motors” to help Haruka achieve his dreams.
