We will have the film compiled from the anime Mawaru Penguindrum . According to the official website , the series will bring together 24 episodes with the addition of new scenes. The anime film is titled Re: cycle of Penguindrum .
Therefore, the film is the first project to mark the anime's 10th anniversary. The second project is a fundraising campaign that will begin on April 8th in Japan only.
Synopsis:
After a worsening of her condition, where she almost dies, Himari is saved by a penguin hat. And since then, she seems to be possessed by an entity that demands that the family go in search of the Penguindrum (penguin drum), as payment for the young woman's recovery.
The anime was produced by studio Brain's Base under the direction of Kunihiko Ikuhara ( Shoujo Kakumei Utena ).
