The broadcaster Aniplex released the first promotional TV video for the new Persona 4 the Golden Animation . The commercial is narrated by Chie Satonaka (voice of Yui Horie) and Yukiko Amagi (voice of Ami Koshimizu).
The official website describes the story: Spring . A rural town , far from the capital, where one spends one's time peacefully. A boy arrives at Inaba Yaso Station , where cherry blossoms and petals are falling . His name is Yū Narukami . Due to his family's situation he goes to Inaba to live with his uncle.
According to the team , the new anime will retell the events of the first series , but will include a new character named Marie . Persona 4 The Golden : The Animation will premiere on July 10th.
