Aniplex has released the first promotional TV video for the new Persona 4 the Golden Animation . The commercial is narrated by Chie Satonaka (Voice Yui Horie) and Yukiko Amagi (Ami Koshimizu).

The official website describes the story: Spring . rural town far from the capital, where he spends his time peacefully. A boy arrives at Inaba Yaso Station , where cherry blossoms and petals are falling . His name is Yū Narukami . Due to situation , he goes to Inaba to live with his uncle.

According to the staff , the new anime will retell the events of the first series , but will include a new character named Marie . Persona 4 The Golden : The Animation will premiere on July 10.
