Dengeki website announced its newest character for Sega's 2D fighting game Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax , better known as Kirito from the anime Sword Art Online. The character will join Asuna and others for an epic battle.
Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax was announced last September at the Tokyo Game Show 2013 event. The game is the fourth collaboration between ASCII Media Works, Dengeki Bunko, and Sega in celebration of Dengeki Bunko's 20th anniversary.
The game is scheduled for release in Japanese arcades this spring. Kirito will be among the playable characters in demos at Sega's booth in Japan.
