Currently, to trade cards in the Pokémon TCG Pocket, players need Trade Tokens and Trade Stamina. Transactions can only occur between cards of equivalent rarity, with a limit of up to four diamonds or one star. Additionally, Trade Stamina regenerates over time, but can be accelerated with specific items.
