Police in a Pod - Anime gets new trailer and premiere date

The new anime  Police in a Pod ( Hakozume: Koban Joshi no Gyakushuu ) has received a new trailer. According to the official website, the series is scheduled for release on January 5, 2022.

Therefore, the animation for Police in a Pod is by the studio Madhouse ( No Game No Life ). The direction is by Yuuzou Satou ( Gokusen ), the script by Ryuunosuke Kingetsu ( Futakoi Alternative , Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight ) and the character design by Kei Tsuchiya.

Police in a Pod Synopsis:

Seiko Fuji graduated from police college and now works as an excellent detective. For some reason, she is transferred to the Machiyama Police Station. Her partner is rookie Mai Kawai. Mai Kawai is naive and has an honest personality.

The manga began in Morning in November 2017 and Kodansha released its 17th volume on June 23, 2021.
