The creator of the manga Pop Team Epic , Bkub Okawa , posted this Friday 30th, that starting in June he will no longer update the work daily . Okawa will make the updates on the 15th of each month.

In his note, the author said he regrets not being able to explain the reason for the change and his new schedule. Okawa announced the news with a drawing depicting Popuko in a stroller and Pipimi holding a Nintendo Switch 2 , which is scheduled for release on June 5th. See below:

Publisher Takeshobo published manga in 2014 on the Manga Life Win , dividing the work into several "seasons", and is currently in its ninth season, which began on April 1, 2025.

Kamikaze Douga adapted the manga into an anime in January 2018, releasing two seasons that are available on Crunchyroll .
