Square Enix 's Shonen Gangan magazine revealed that the anime adaptation of Atsushi Ohkubo , Soul Eater Not!, will premiere on Japanese screens in April.

Soul Eater Not! takes place before the story of the original manga where it focuses on the weapon Tsugumi Harudori and the artisans Meme Tatane and Anya Hepburn .

The Soul Eater manga ended in Japan last year with 25 volumes.
It has been published since 2011 by Shonen Gangan magazine, a spin-off of Atsushi Ohkubo's Soul Eater manga.
