This week the news hasn't stopped, and of course we couldn't forget this 2013 news. The fighting game from the Arc System Works got its first anime trailer. We're talking about Blazblue Alter Memory. The video features the opening theme "Blue Blaze" by the singer Faylan.

The story takes place in December 2199, when the streets are filled with anticipation for the end of one year and the beginning of another. Amidst the celebrations, rumors circulate that Ragna the Bloodedge, a highly dangerous rebel with a large bounty on his head, has been seen in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. Ragna's apparent objective, better known as "the reaper," is the destruction of the system that controls the world. To claim the bounty, a group of diverse warriors heads to Kagutsuchi.
The voice actors from the game will return to voice their characters in the anime. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October.
