Little Busters! Refrain has been given a TV spot on Japanese TV. The ad features the opening theme, "Boys Be Smile" by Suzuyu, and the character Riki (voiced by Yui Horie ), where he says, " Everything that has been stopped for so long... Starts here. "

In Key 's original visual novel game , "Refrein" is known as the final scenario, unlocked after completing the six heroines' scenarios. Director Yoshiki Yamakawa and his assistant Chikara Sakurai directed the entire project alongside studio JC Staff. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Japan in October.
The premiere is scheduled for October 5th.
