video for the second season of Tamayura has started airing

The video begins with main character Fu Sawatari heading to Takehara, her late father's hometown. Now, she's entering her second year of high school. However, creator and director Junichi Sato said he intends to pick up where the first season left off. Fu will still have her father's camera in hand and her friends by her side as she takes on new challenges and steps forward.

The new season will premiere on July 3 on the AT-X before airing on TV Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, Hiroshima NHK, TV Kanagawa, and other stations. The first season of Tamayura aired in Japan in 2011.
