The official Twitter account for the anime “ Psycho-Pass ” has revealed that it will be getting a new movie , titled “ Psycho-Pass: Providence .”
Along with the announcement, the following promotional art was released:
New details such as the technical team, voice actors and even the film's release date will be revealed later.
Synopsis
In the near future, it will be possible to instantly measure a person's mental state, personality, and likelihood of committing crimes with technology called the Dominator. Just thinking about a crime can make you guilty, and in this world, there is no mercy for criminals. Detectives work in pairs, with a Punisher and an Inspector delivering lethal justice, and Inspectors making sure their partners don't take things too far.
Psycho-Pass anime premiered in 2012 and had 22 episodes, in October 2014 Psycho-Pass 2 Psycho-Pass film premiered in Japan in January 2015.
