Oshi no Ko leads Kadokawa sales
Although the company Kadokawa collaborated as a producer (part of the production committee, responsible for financing and distribution), it is important to highlight that “Oshi no Ko” is not an intellectual property of this company, but of Shueisha. Thus, the profits from “Oshi no Ko” for Kadokawa do not derive from the sale of manga or similar products, and it still achieved first place in its internal ranking.

Synopsis
