The last episode of the third season of Re:Zero aired this Wednesday (26) and at the end of the broadcast, Kadowaka announced that the fourth season of the series is confirmed and revealed the first visual and trailer.

Kadokawa has released the trailer and first visual for the new season online; check them out below:

About Re:Zero

Re:Zero is a web novel written Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka . The duo launched the series online in 2012, and Media Factory published its light novel adaptation in January 2014. The series also received a manga adaptation in July 2014 and an anime adaptation in April 2016.

The production split the second season into two parts due to the COVID-19 pandemic, releasing the first part in July 2020 and the second in January 2021. The third season premiered on October 2, 2024.

Synopsis Re:ZERO:

Subaru Natsuki is an ordinary high school student who suddenly finds himself lost in an alternate world, where he is rescued by a beautiful silver-haired girl. He stays close to her to repay the favor, but the destiny she carries is more than Subaru can imagine. He then discovers that he has the power to rewind death, back to the first time he appeared in this world. But only he remembers what happened previously.
