Rebuild World Anime Reveals New Details and First Visual
The Rebuild World anime finally received new details after more than three years without updates. Kadokawa revealed the first key visual and confirmed the staff behind the adaptation. Originally announced at Anime Expo in July 2023, the project had received no new information since then.

The main cast, however, had already been announced that same month. Daiki Yamashita plays Akira, while Yurika Kubo voices Alpha and Honoka Inoue plays Sheryl.
Production staff
Tsukasa Sakurai serves as chief director at studio Raging Bull, with Shingo Uchida directing the series. Naoki Tozuka oversees the scripts, and Hiromi Katō leads character design.
Story of Rebuild World
The story takes place after the fall of the old human civilization. In a world filled with ruins and forgotten technologies, hunters explore the remnants of the past in search of valuable artifacts, facing security systems and biological weapons. Akira is a young orphan who lives in the slums and decides to become a hunter to improve his circumstances. Everything changes when he meets Alpha, a mysterious woman who needs a hunter and decides to train him.
However, Rebuild World began as a work by Nahuse published online in 2017. Kadokawa began releasing print volumes in 2019, while the manga by Kirihito Ayamura began that same year.
