Rules for the AMV (Anime Music Video) Contest at the SANA 13 Fortaleza/CE event.
These are the rules of the contest that will take place at the sana 13 event on the 12th, 13th and 14th of July in Fortaleza/CE, everyone is invited to participate!
The rules are subject to possible revision at a later date.
1- Each participant can only participate with a maximum of TWO (2) AMVs.
2-You can use scenes from Japanese games, or Japanese 3D animation, including Tokusatsu.
3- AMVS with pornographic content, violence, racial prejudice,
swear words or any type of moral offense will be disqualified.
4- AMVs with scenes stolen from other AMVs will also be disqualified.
5- AMVs that have already won in past competitions will not be able to compete again.
6- AMVs must be in avi, mpeg or mp4 format, with a minimum of 320×240 lines of resolution, 23,976, 24 or 29 frames per second and without subtitles, minimum duration of 2:30 min and maximum of 6 min.
7- The AMVs will be judged on:
-Video/audio quality (hiss, pixels...)
-Originality and creativity (the category of the video can have an influence here, if there are many videos from the same category, this will make their originality drop a little, just like many AMVs using the same anime or music, they will have originality 1 point lower)
- Synchrony (lip and normal)
- Special effects (that are well applied and not any visual pollution)
- Review (how exciting the AMV is, making you want to see several times)
-Finishing (we will see if the AMV did a good job, with a good finish, without errors, visual pollution… ),
-General (general rating of the AMV)
8- Final date for delivery on July 6, 2013 at 11:59 pm, on the 7th the list of participants and the AMVs will be published, where it will be possible to check and correct possible errors.
AMVs must be sent as follows:
Online: hosted on a website, sending the form together with the link to “raffortal@hotmail.com” or using our form below.
9- AMVs must be delivered with a text file containing the following information.
• Full name
• Email, contact telephone number and address.
• Animes used, music used.
• AMV download link
Or you can send it using our form below:
This text file is our “ registration form ”, which must contain the list of anime/music used with the name of the creator of the AMV, the participant's full address and their email to identify you and so that we can deliver your prize to you, if you are one of the winners.
Participants who do not submit this information will not be accepted into the competition.
10- The prizes will be awarded after the winners are shown on the Sunday of the competition on July 13th.
The prizes will be respectively:
1st place overall: R$300.00 (Deposit into the winner's current account)
2nd place overall: R$100.00 Reais (Deposit into the second place's current account)
PUBLIC AMV: R$100.00 Reais (Deposit in current account)
