A pleasant surprise for otaku fans, the anime series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ( Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken ) will get a third season. The information comes from the series' official Twitter account, which in turn posted a promotional image.

Synopsis:
Lonely 37-year-old Satoru Mikami is stuck in a dead-end job, unhappy with his mundane life. But after dying at the hands of a thief, he awakens to a new beginning in a fantasy realm…as a slime monster! As he adjusts to his new existence, his exploits with the other monsters set off a chain of events that will change his new world forever!
Finally, the work gained an anime in 2020 by the studio 8bit, followed by the second season in 2021. In addition, a film was also announced to premiere this year in Japanese cinemas.
