The game Naruto Storm Revolution will be available on Steam on September 16th in North America and Europe. The PC version requirements are listed below.
The PC (Steam) version of Revolution will cost $49.99 (R$90.90), but those who pre-order the game will get a 10% discount, totaling $44.99 (R$81.81). If you own Naruto Storm Full Burst for PC, you'll get an additional 10% discount.
